Abstract Submission
The ISRS 2025 Organizing Committee is pleased to invite abstracts for oral and poster presentations.
Authors can submit both an oral presentation and a poster abstract on different topics for the conference, but each must be submitted as a separate submission.
Abstract submission deadline is Friday, 2nd May 2025
Special Session outlines:
Presentations on any aspect of river research will be considered. Presentations can be aligned with the following symposium topics or to general sessions:

Author Submission Details:
You will be prompted to submit the following information in the portal:

| Special Session | Select whether your abstract is for general submission or a special session |
| Presenting Author | Name, organization, email, address, country, phone number. Submitting author will be considered the lead presenter and corresponding author |
| Co-Authors | Up to 5 co-authors can be included |
| Abstract | 200 words maximum (2,000 characters), without subheadings. Abstracts are to be submitted as text. You can either type the details into the text box provided or copy and paste the text from a word document. No figures, tables, graphs or pictures can be submitted. Do not include abstract title or author details in the abstract text box – there are separate boxes for this information. The abstract should be submitted in the lead presenter’s name. Correspondence will be via the submitting author only |
Please check spelling and grammar. Submitted material will be published in the symposium program booklet as is – the abstract should contain no errors.
